I bring a right-brain/left-brain combination that unites the strategic, business mind with the creative, passion-forward, sensual imagination. I combine my formal training in the arts with an MS in business management, a decade of experience with strategic planning and project management, and intensive study of life and wellness coaching to help high achieving women mobilize their momentum – whatever that looks like. To do this, I lean into the three components of momentum – magnitude, movement, and direction.
As a lifelong mover and shaker, I am the owner of multiple successful businesses and believe that integrating creativity, imagination, and the pleasure principle into your life’s goals is the magic that will take you to the next level.
